Adding to our already extensive experience in Garmin’s telecoms, aviation, outdoor and fitness sectors, Lime Box were instrumental in forming and creating a consistent brand and exhibition product for Garmin over a six-year period.
Covering over 14 European countries, we have provided Garmin EMEA with bespoke exhibition stands for their multi-show marine event programme, ranging in size from 36 to over 100sqm.

Small stands with lots of products, sound familiar? Our stand for Parker Hannifin had to maximise all available areas; using space creatively for maximum impact. With just 24sqm to work with, we delivered a re-usable compact-stand for Parker Hannifin for the METS marine equipment show in Amsterdam.

We know that capturing data and generating leads is one of the main reasons to exhibit at events. We also know that it can be hard to measure the success of handing out printed collateral – and this is why we have launched Lime Box Brochure Manager as an added value service.
Cristal have used this service on numerous occasions; our Brochure Manager allows you to have all of the information you need for your event as viewable and distributable literature – electronically. This can be done on static screens, Windows devices, or even on an iPad; whatever you need.


Lime Box and Conveyor Units worked together to design and deliver their double deck stand at the IMHX intralogistics event held at the NEC, Birmingham. This project included showcasing the clients fully operating conveyor products and a first floor open hospitality meeting and viewing area.
The Hillhead UK construction show is held in a large outdoor site consisting of tented pavilions and this well planned 32sqm interior space enabled us to create a striking exhibition stand incorporating, storage, open meeting areas and clients products within the design.


We know that good events aren’t just limited to the stands themselves. It’s also about having the right people with the right attitude to put across your brand in the right way.
That’s why, as well as designing and supplying a portable modular stand for the new HIT programme of UK hospitality shows, we have also branched out to provide training for their stand staff.
HIT’s investment in the training of 40 members of staff highlights the increasing need for all businesses to get informed about the subtle art of sales and exhibiting. HIT noted a marked improvement in the number of leads generated and the overall performance on the day of their staff on the day.

One of the most high profile events we have managed is the Royal Academy of Engineering annual Summer Soiree. With HRH The Duke of Kent as the guest of honour, and 250 other influential attendees, it was of paramount importance that our management of the 22 exhibition stands and the event as a whole was done with precision and finesse.
With high-end exhibitors such as Rolls Royce and academic representatives from Birmingham University, the night was unique, executed to a very high standard, and focussed on adding a touch of luxury.
Small spaces can have a big impact – our stand for Infinite Peripherals is the perfect example of this; using space creatively for maximum impact. With just 18sqm to get the design right, we have delivered stands for three years containing storage, meeting and product display areas at the annual Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona.


ASUS’s presence at the annual Mobile World Congress in Barcelona saw them exhibit to an impressive 100,000 visitors. With such large numbers of visitors and over 500 different representatives of world press, it was of paramount importance get the product launch right.
Our bespoke, fully integrated service utilising our broad international partner network meant that everything from sourcing the venue, designing the stand, producing a full, live event (streamed to the internet!), as well as creating a huge 200spm private hospitality suite, was all possible and completed in a seamless, professional way.


A stage fit for excitement and buzz surrounding seasonal ORLY products was at the core of what we created for UK based Grafton International. At Professional Beauty in London, Grafton wanted a space that would successfully combine the chance to sell with interactive demonstration of their products. Grafton benefitted greatly from a brand new set design and our full live event set production services.

Lime Box and Cristal have been working together for over 18 years, both in Europe and the US. As one of our longest standing clients, it is a testament to the agreeable nature of our relationship in that we have designed, produced, and delivered more than thirty bespoke 60 - 110sqm exhibition stands for Cristal.
The most recent examples of our work can be seen in at their events in Nuremberg and Dusseldorf. Working with a local provider in Germany, we created an impressive exhibition stand with two private meeting rooms, open seating areas, and a full barista coffee service.


Upon successful completion of very successful shows in London, Paris and Melbourne, Lime Box facilitated the delivery of the Marshall stand at DSEi. Held every two years in London, this premier defence show saw us applying our extensive knowledge to facilitate the launch of the new global brand of the UK’s largest independent aerospace and defence company.
